What happens if no one is home?
Don’t worry, if your items are small enough, they will be left in your mailbox. Otherwise, your package will be left at your local post office where you can pick it up.
I entered the wrong address, what should I do?
Don’t worry, if your order has not yet been shipped, contact us immediately and we’ll be happy to update your information. Otherwise, and in accordance with our terms and conditions, once an order has been shipped from our warehouse, no changes can be made.
Is your website secure?
This website is 100% secure. In fact, we could even say it’s 300% secure. Here’s why:
First, the site you are visiting is hosted on an HTTPS server (the little green padlock on the left side of the page URL is there to remind you). Most websites only secure their "shopping cart" and payment pages. On this site, ALL PAGES are secured and cannot be hacked or targeted by malware. Finally, regarding payment, we use Stripe and PayPal, which are the industry standards in secure online transactions.
What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, you can pay by credit card or via PayPal on our website. We do not accept bank checks, wire transfers, or cash on delivery.
What happens if I am not satisfied with my product?
We offer a 100% "satisfaction or your money back" guarantee! If, for any reason, the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of receipt and we will fully refund the item price once it arrives back to us. However, all returned products must be in perfect condition and return shipping costs must be covered by you. Proof of postage should then be sent to us by email as proof of delivery.
